Basic Rates for the villas start at $180 per night. 
September School holidays, March and April start at $240 per night.
December holidays rates start at $340 per night. 
Surcharge for persons over 2 persons:  $10 per adult and $5 per child per night. 

SPECIALS:  There is a 10% discount for stays of 4 nights or more.  (All discounts are updated on our online booking engine:  Click here to make a booking.)

Please contact us if require a cot or highchair.    Pets are allowed on arrangement.

50% deposit payable on booking.  Final amount payable 2 weeks prior to arrival.  Cancellation fees of 10% of booking applies 2 weeks prior to arrival.  Cancellation fees of 50% of booking applies within 2 weeks of arrival.  If period is re-booked then 10% booking fee applies.
